NICOLA THOMSON is General Manager of Thomson HR Solutions.


With over 15 years in employee relations, human resource management and training, Nicola is an experienced employee relations practitioner as well as a workplace trainer and facilitator.


Nicola has worked with some of the largest employers in Australia designing and delivering people capability solutions.


Nicola has extensive expertise in project managing, designing and implementing employee relations and leadership training initiatives to achieve business outcomes. Recent programs have included focus on employee relations, employee engagement, cultural change, emerging and frontline leaders.  


Nicola is passionate about the importance of being proactive and educating employees regarding discrimination, harassment and bullying. Nicola has extensive experience in designing and delivering educational campaigns throughout Australia.


Nicola holds a Master of Industrial Relations, a Bachelor of Commerce (Human Resources and Industrial Relations), a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE 40110) and a Diploma in Frontline Management (BSB 51004). Nicola is an accredited DiSC  facilitator. Nicola has attended the Mt Eliza Leadership Development Program. Nicola is a member of the Institute for Learning
Practitioners and the Australian Human Resources Institute.
